Our client was seeking to diversify its sources of funding but was not in a position to refinance its entire debt. Bishopsfield Capital Partners was engaged to assist them with restructuring their existing CMBS debt in order to release assets which could then be used to attract new sources of debt. As joint financial adviser, Bishopsfield Capital Partners primary focus was on the rating agency and security trustee aspects of the restructuring.
