Bishopsfield Capital Partners has been appointed in January 2022 as the Project Adviser in respect of Salerno Pompei Napoli S.p.A.’s issue of public and private placement senior secured amortising fixed rate notes, due in 2045, with a combined issuance amount of €518 million. The notes finance, inter alia, the concession for the operation and maintenance of the A3 Toll Road (Naples-Pompei-Salerno) in Italy.
