Simon Collingridge joined Bishopsfield Capital Partners in Spring 2015 having previously spent 15 years at Standard & Poor’s, where he was responsible for establishing and leading S&P’s European Structured Finance Surveillance operation team. The S&P team monitored over 10,000 RMBS, ABS, CMBS, CDO and corporate securitisation transactions.

During this time Simon was a member of the ECB’s Technical Working Group on loan level reporting and transparency and served on AFME’s Executive Board. Simon has also headed S&P’s European Investor Relations and Market Outreach through one of the most challenging periods in the organisation’s history.

Prior to joining S&P, Simon held several key executive roles; he headed Alliance & Leicester’s mortgage underwriting and processing operations; was part of the start-up management team for Credit Agricole’s UK mortgage company; and a member of the securitisation management team for The Mortgage Corporation, one of the first originators of mortgage-backed securities in Europe.

Simon holds a BA (Hons) in Law & Politics from the University of Keele.
